Look my #1 choice is Ben Johnson that has not changed. Until they are told they are out he should be the guy. They have to live in reality though and the reality is there is a high chance he says no thanks to the Bears. Then what?
Caleb Williams is a generational talent at QB. Why would Ben Johnson not want to coach here?

Because tom brady will beg him to go lose for a few years with the raiders and get fired

I can see him go to the jaguars. Trevor has a ton of untapped potential still.

I hear you LOL.

I was responding to that particular poster because of his view that available HC candidates all want to have Caleb Williams as their quarterback.

I may be mistaken, but I am pretty sure that no HC in the history of the NFL has won a Superbowl with a different team than where they won their first Superbowl.

In addition to that, I can't of too many (any?) HC's that have had a successful 3rd stint as a HC anywhere either. Parcells is the only one I can think of that did ok elsewhere, but he only ever won a Superbowl with the Giants.

All that to say, I would avoid McCarthy if the actual goal is to win a Superbowl with Caleb Williams. Yes, he would be an improvement and could probably get the Bears into the playoffs. But, if you want to win a Superbowl, history says get a different HC.

Can McCarthy go from Texas BBQ to Chicago style hot dogs, Italian beefs, and deep dish? Seems like a trade down. NO makes sense because French, cajun, and creole food is really good.

Dallas has some world class food game not gonna lie, when i lived there they actually had a couple places that were trying to do Chicago deep dish and had a Chicago decor, there was also a lady who ran a small little business that looked like an old Fotomat or something that did Italian beefs that were out of this world.

The bbq is mostly all kick ass, the mexican is kick ass the pizza game is mid imo

The choice rn should be Johnson or monken. My interest level is tied to both of them. After that I guess McCarthy or Carrol as meh as it would be can’t be worse than the tards George usually parades around town. If they can trade for tomlin and doesn’t cost arm and a leg that’s the grand slam imo. Other than these options might as well not even watch next year
What is it about Tomlin that makes him a grand slam?

Spytek is a Brady guy from their time together in Tampa. Johnson doesn't have a connection with him
Yeah said that later. Spytek knows Brady from their Michigan days.
