The Chicago Bears should stay away from hiring these four as a head coach. I wouldn't even consider interviewing them if I were in charge.

So, the writer doesn't want the Bears to hire a defensive minded HC. Fair enough, although I would have preferred him to just write that.

It would be more interesting to see him write about an offensive coach they should avoid and have some reasons, but whatever.
