Coconut Flour

Do any of you use it as a substitute for regular flour? I'm looking to cut carbs out of my pancakes and I know, ppl will be like, "why dont you just stop eating pancakes on stuff all the time?" Thing is, I really love pancakes, heard this is great for pancakes.
