Seriously, he's gone above and beyond what is expected of him and he's outproducing Nady and Fukudome.

Whenever Colvin plays, he produces. I couldn't agree more

My only problem is...if he doesn't play, Fukudome goes 3-4 w/ 2 homeruns, and Byrd goes 0-5, Will will be on here saying, "COME ON LOU! I KNEW YOU SHOULD'VE PUT COLVIN IN!!!"

According to reports, Colvin is the starting RF and Kosuke got benched. But that could be a rumor. I saw that by David Kaplan via twitter.

I don't care who Colvin takes time from. He's earned it man. Kosuke has had 2 full season to produce and the FACT is that he falls off the end of the earth after May.

There's nothing that points that he won't again. Get the kids in there and at least see what we have.

Exaclty but Lou doesn't. The lineup needs to be exactly the same because a win you keep it the same.

Our problem in OF right now is that all 3 (4? 5?) players are producing...hard to determine who to sit on a given day.

I'm just glad he got some playing time, and he got some hits. Especially the two run homer. Hopefully he can hit on a regular basis if he does get put in full time.

Who knows, Colvin might be the outfield version of Mike Fontenot but we won't know unless he gets a chance.

But I don't think Nady (and his arm) should be getting any playing time in the outfield. I'm fine with him being the power threat off the bench or spelling Lee at 1st, but not in the crowded outfield with 4 other people producing.
