At least these two officers won't hide behind the badge anymore. Happened in the city next to me. I actually applied at this Department before I joined the Army. Lot of shady shit comes from this department.

What happened was these two officers where accused of handcuffing a chick at a party. Did some touching on her. The guy officer was on duty from what the one article said. He was supposed to turn himself in, but instead took the easy way out and committed suicide.

New details released in North Port Police sex scandal


"It was 100% consensual," says Eric Reisinger, a Sarasota criminal defense attorney.


"Ms. Turner had a prior relationship with the alleged victim for many years. Ms. Turner and the alleged victim have been intimate before is my understanding."

Reisinger says both officers cooperated with investigators. Urbina went one step further and took a polygraph test.

"He passed it -- that it was 100% consensual," says Reisinger.

That female officer though has had some discipline issues, screwing her Supervisor, and handcuffing another chick, and threating her for sleeping with the same dude. Be interesting to see how it all plays out, if it was consensual I'm surprised the other officer would commit suicide. And not take a chance in court.
