Corey Crawford didn't join the Chicago Blackhawks for the start of Friday's morning skate.
Impacts: Chicago has already taken the step of calling up goaltender Henrik Karlsson, so we're going to err on the side of caution and list Crawford as day-to-day. That being said, Ray Emery was projected to start anyways on Friday, so even if there's just a minor problem, the Blackhawks might have just decided to give him the night off entirely.

Agreed, Emery's play has been just what you want out of your back up goalie when your number one goes down with an injury. That being said, it will be really nice to see Crawford back in net.
