No surprise to me that they can still play. I mean, MJ is the GOAT and no matter what his conditioning level may be, his talent will always be there (though it'll probably translate to shooting and not much else). Pip's been staying in shape based on what I saw of him back in the Shooting Stars competition a couple of years ago, so I'm not surprised he can get a double double in a game.
