Crawford is a product of the defense more than anything. Crawford has been good but the defense has been great. He is exactly the type of goaltender that the Blackhawks need (mostly when it comes to cap hit) with where they spend their money. Kind of the "red wing" way when it comes to building a team and not spending on a goalie. Love the way Crawford has played and he deserves some of the credit, as does the defense.
However...no way would I take Crawford over Rask in any situation. If the Blackhawks had Rask...this series would be over. I hope the Blackhawks find a way to make him implode, and they have the offense that can stick it to any goaltender, but he is a stud.

O I forgot that the Bruins have a bad defense. O wait didnt they block over 30 shots in Game 1? Wait did Crawford make a handful of Grade A saves in OT?

pretty much this. the bruins owned in blocked shots and crawford won it for us without a doubt. the bruins should have won multiple times in OT but craw bailed em out.

Yeah, people continue to doubt Crawford. Not much sure what else he can do, other than win the Cup this year. Some people will point to the defense that he has in front of him being really good. But from all the coverage leading up to this series, I was lead to believe that the Boston defense was superior to the Hawks defense. So, why are we suddenly giving Rask all the accolades when he supposedly has the better defense in front of him?

Crawford outplayed Rask in game 1 - 1 game and I hope he finds a way to continue it. Crawford is a solid goalie and a nice fit for the Blackhawks and their team makeup. However, Rask is still a better goalie than Crawford without a doubt.
