Sup bros.

I've been hitting the gym and life hard this year. Down 30 lbs and lifting 4X week. It's been fucking great.

Now, I'm not into doing anything crazy including testosterone or anything like that, but I've been hearing good things about creatine. I don't take any pills or supplements AT ALL. Been around a long time now and studied fairly extensively. I remember getting some in 1998 and my Mom threw it out. LOL.

Anyone use it or have experience with it? There seems to be a million of them out there and every website is an ad. Any advice or recommendations is greatly appreciated.

Here's to us all fucking like rockstars...

out of all the bs over the counter shit, creatine is legit. gotta keep pumping it though, once you stop taking it, youll notice the dip. any random shit in gnc or where ever.. take it fer a couple of weeks and youll see a difference.. mix with protien powders if drinking those too..

one can boost t by going carnivore. or i tried tongkat ali at one point n its suppose to help a tad.. more fer older peeps i suppose. this might have you fucking like a rockstar

i guess it comes down to your goals.. i mean i heard the hollywood chicken rice and broccoli builds meat. might need to get hollywood chix though

edit.. still hurts to fake woo

I'll say this: I saw higher jumps in gains once I started adding creatine to my post workout shakes.

Just plain creatine monohydrate. Don't need anything else. It's the cheapest one with the most research behind it and still remains the most effective

according to who? its just easier to store massive surplus of cals when eating shitty carbs caked in bs. so yeah 1 parts each of meat rice and broccoli def makes the difference vs 3 parts meat. <rolls eyes>

dont be mislead and confuse the juice that modern day 'body builders' are on as just being simple and complex carbs.. it aint, its chem m8.. dont confuse it vs normal genetic muscle building, cause yolked doesnt muscle those ways on rice m8.. asian countries on rice veg and meat daily.. how many yeah buddies coming out of hong kong on the reg>

steak and egg diet goes back to the legendary vince gironda aka the godfather of body building. steak and eggs is carnivore m8. carnivore is just meat based products. you can go super strict like beef, salt and water or loose like meat, eggs, cheese, butter. cheeese and butter can pack on the calories fairly easy.

the steak and egg diet

also a carnivore dr vs a vegAn one...

furfurmore.

whats the basis of the majority of a body builders diet, minus the real gear? eggs, whey, creatine, chicken, steak, fish etc meats.. all these from carnivore.

thing is though, alot of these body builders prefer lean meats as opposed to carnivore preferring fatty meats. the clean natural body builder still gets some fat but their macros arent the same as no carb more fatty carni charlie. cause of insulin spikes etc etc etcs.. r..

these clean peeps are basically carnivore but are juss eating broccoli, spinach, sweet potato, oats and rice on top of their high priority carnivore menu. they essentially low key almost carnivore. carnivores just say **** the filler and add more animal product instead. bulk phase may be a lil more fatty for the non carnivore body builders though.

besides nutrition.. work, weekly volume n recovery is key to building muscles.. even the ones on gear gotta put in work . it just lets them cheat the diet/recovery etc process

once again.. just comes down to ones goal and what they are trying to accomplish.

edit.. one day my fake wooos wont hurt.. i hope

k.

but we know you read it. you just cant argue it.

furfurmores.

most ppl dont even know how to work out.. nor how to set goals cause they dont even know what they are even trying to accomplish.

are they building mass, shaping, basic strength, explosion, muscle endurance, they losing fat or weight? cause not all weight loss is just fat. are they just doing daily functional strength training vs powerlifting? they body building or powerlifting? or they ronnie colemaning it. they in a cut or bulk? etc etc etc? so many goals fer peeps.. they all in the same forum but reside in different subs

most basic bros are on a basic circuit train 3 days a week and arent putting on mass. AND they dont understand why. sure bro feels he is getting a little stronger but is disappointed no mass is coming and he aint getting shredded at 30% body fat.... why is that? basic strength training and body building for mass and shape are similar but differ ... etc etcs..

same bro only does 3 x 8 bench press 2-3 times a week and chest aint growing.. but they feel like they working. sure they see strength slowly getting better if they are progressive loading over time but in reality they still just doing functional strength shit.

they end up quitting or searching for gear.. cause they blame it on genetics.. once on gear a lot finally start overloading that chest in their workouts. they could have overloaded that chest and hit that volume # off the gear but ppl dont know how to workout. genetic limits are real though and gear bypasses that.

the other bros lost 30 pounds doing that same basic circuit training routine but cant add muscle mass even though they are adding some strength.. that bro kept that same deficit diet and wonders why they cant bulk up

why the **** is magnus midtbo half the size and not as huge as larry wheels but on a pound for pound level just as strong or stronger in certain areas? why do powerlifters and strongman perps be carrying more fat than mr olympia?

edit: fake wooo hurts

in closing.

you could easily teach me the maths and grammar, but the bro fit world.. probably not. i was an athlete for a long time and in the gym world even longer... however i would listen to your spiel and see if theres anything to learn to change me metas, cause thats a sign of intelligence.

also youngins can get away with shit the older folk be cant. i shouldnt have to said thats

edit: painful woooo

I don’t even take protein anymore and don’t notice any difference…in my experience, sleep/recovery is far more important….assuming you’re getting a decent (not even crazy) amount of protein from your food….for the amount of money it costs and the dreaded protein farts, just isn’t worth it….to me at least.

As for creatine, never tried it but I have seen good results for others while they’re on it….but then quick gain losses when they stop using it.
