That had to be a hell of a project turning such a small closet like room into that space. I think I read work starts on the visitors locker room next off season, which was as bad or worse than the home LR.

As a side note a few years ago the university of Iowa head football coach had the visitors locker room painted pink....everything. Gotta try and get that edge.

I read that they tripled the space by eliminating the caretaker's house (which I think was physically moved) and some other areas including the jail and courtroom I think. Pretty amazing. Talk about psychological edge though, they're leaving the visitors clubhouse for last. It won't be ready until teh start of the 2018 season.

It's somewhat in that general area, yes, but it's all under ground. Technically the new clubhouse is outside the walls of the friendly confines under the triangle. The old locker room area is going to be batting cages that fans can actually watch Cubs take BP.

wow that's niiiiice

I remember going into the visitors clubhouse on the Wrigley Field tour...don't see how that place can be the least bit comfortable for 25 or 30 grown men.
