Yeah, the fact that the Theo-led Red Sox are on the top of that list is pretty encouraging.

Some of the Cubs drafting woes were unforeseen (ex: seems like most everyone wanted Vitters when we drafted him, he just never panned out) but largely, yeah, the suxxor at drafting. The new regime seems to want to invest a lot more time and money into the draft tho.

It would be damn near impossible to get worse, and obviously Theo's BoSox were the top team on the list, so to say I'm not worried would be an understatement.
