Cubs looking for a spark for their dead in the water offense. We're beginning to see the problem with signing guys like Hosmer and Mancini....I would rather have kept Vally up,but he goes down because Hosmer and Mancini are clogging up the roster.

I didn't get as excited about Morel as most, as it was short-term last year and likely overblown because expectations were not high. But he continues to get 'er done, and I am happy to see it. Kudos to him. Keep it up!

Serious question - since joining the Cubs, has Suzuki had a meaningful hit?

Girardi said it takes a long time to come back from an oblique injury and now is basically Suzuki's spring training. We can only hope that is true.
