Daboll - HC & Dorsey - OC

Say what you will but Allen's improvement has been incredible both these guy's deserve the credit and I would trust these 2 most for Fields development. What do you think?

All would depend on what Dorsey wants. No doubt he has a closer relationship with Daboll than McD. Does he want to stay working with Buffalo, and take the full responsibility as OC? Or come to the Bears where he could be part of developing another great QB, and grow into taking full control of the offense over time?

Neither is a wrong choice for him. One obviously much better for the bears though. I think the only way I want Daboll as HC is if he brings Dorsey with him…

I like it but another poster brought up and I tend to agree why wouldn’t Dorsey just stay in Buffalo and be the OC? Full control and a sure thing offense. Seems like the best path for him to become a HC.

It’s not a sure thing if he’s in full control though.
