Here is a view of the situation with the team from Lebetard's point of view. What is a shame is the truth will be dismissed...as is pointed out in this column, due to hatred of the 2 players who came to Miami, when the one who is letting the team down...is the guy who was there all the time.

"You look to your leader and cocaptain and champion in times of crisis. Hell, James came here to be closer to Wade’s help and guidance. And this is how he was going to play and act in a big moment? It is worse than anything James ever did while shrinking to the size of a figurine in the NBA Finals last year. Wade lured James and Bosh to his city with his friendship and greatness, and they’ve been mocked nationally whereas he never has been, so this felt like watching the pilot ejecting amid the first sign of mere turbulence."

Both of them is letting the team down. But who is most responsible? Definitely Wade.

Lebron is letting the team down because he can't produce in big moments. But the truth is that he was never a leader or a closer. He was a beast of pure athleticism with no heart for big moments. You can't expect from him to become Jordan or Kobe or Durant. A very athletic presence at both ends. That's all you got from him and he is pretty good at it. Actually this year what you got from James was a bit more than what you expected.

On the other side Wade was always a player who could make the big play. This year he is not the same player. HE CAN'T play for 42 minutes. He is getting tired pretty quickly. He can't control his nerves in the court and this is something that costs a lot. He is lucky the officials are too coward to suspend him in many games. But even when he is still in the game when he loses his temper he is not the guy you want. Everyone knows now that you only have to throw a tough guy against him and he is done.

So. If the Heat want to win a championship they must trade Wade now that his value is still high. They want size in their paint. Pat Riley must make some calls either to Orlando for Howard or to Chicago for Noah and Gibson. I know that both teams with stupidity will accept these trades.

Wade had an uncharacteristically bad game and had a moment of embarrassment for not only himself, but his teammates as well, but this is still the man who carried floundering star studded team to win the Finals and has won countless games for this franchise.

I would still think that he has some equity built up. But considering that the Heat have gained a ton of new "fans" since lebronze joined the team, it's no surprise that Wade's one bad performance is getting THIS level of scrutiny. Wade has only lost in the Finals with lebron on his team. He still stands 1-1 in the Finals with great performances while lebron is 0-2 with some recent 4th quarter clunkers which is showing it's ugly head even in this series.

Wade will be better today I feel. I also feel that the Pacers have gotten into their heads and have pulled their cards. So I expect the Pacers to come out on top of this series, especially considering the fact that 82% (or so) of teams that win Game 3 go on to win the series. The Heat may very well tie the series up and get HCA back, but Indy has shown that they can beat Miami, in Miami and would only have to do it once.

Indy 4-2

Wade has had a bad series...and people give him a free pass and dump on Lebron...the equity is about over at this point. He orchestrated the whole big 3 thing and has sat back and gotten adulation while people unfairly dump on Lebron.

Over the past 2 years and especially this season, Lebron has done more for this team than Wade has. Its not close. And its interesting that Lebetard stated that what Wade did in that one game trumps anything negative Lebron has done with the Heat.

Lebron has not produced to everybody's satisfaction in the clutch...but he has produced in big moments...again, 2011 Eastern Conference Finals...I rest my case.

And enough already comparing Durant to Kobe or Jordan as a closer. Your Durant as MVP campaign has fallen short. You are going to have to get off the soapbox brother.

At the end of the day, it might prove true that Lebron will regret not coming to Chicago.

Hopefully now everybody except some few people understood that giving the MVP to Lebron was a stealing. But I am OK with it because it will be his last. Nobody will vote for him again in the future. You can watch the last 5 minutes of every OKC and Miami Heat games. You will have your answers. I can't say something more. For me Lebron isn't the best player in the league anymore.

PS. I am happy he didn't come here because I want to see the Bulls win a championship again.

Unfairly? "Not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5, not 6, not 7" "We believe, it's gonna be easy."

Over the past 2 years and especially this season, Lebron has done more for this team than Wade has. Its not close. And its interesting that Lebetard stated that what Wade did in that one game trumps anything negative Lebron has done with the Heat.
Wade has done something that lebron never has done. Led a team to a championship. In particular, he led the HEAT to a championship.

Wade has stepped up in big moments while lebron has stepped down. His 4th quarters from the Finals trump anything that he did against the Bulls because there was no title on the line then, unless you count the EC championship. Wade had an historic 2006 Finals while lebron got swept in 2007 (he had sucky teammates, right?) Wade played well in the 2012 Finals and lebron didn't when it was winning time.

So how is he being unfairly criticized? When you call yourself King James, and The Chosen 1 as he does, when you say Not 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and act like you're going to cruise to a title, then I'm sorry, but you deserve all the blame you got coming your way.

Wade had a bad game, it happens.

The emboldened type is the best part of this post.

I don't root for Lebron to succeed, but I do want him to win just to shut this crap up? Because I am tired of basketball Special person nonsense like what is written above. YOU CAN'T JUDGE REGULAR SEASON MVP ON THE LAST 5 MINUTES OF A GAME. THAT IS GODAWFUL STUPID THINKING!

If Lebron stole the MVP this year...Rose stole it last year...how can you say Rose is better than Parker...when Rose hasn't won shit? You are totally incapable of being impartial in your thinking.

PS, you might need a player better than Rose to win a title. Lebron is the best player in the world. Funny how you look at one game, half a series and decide...

1. Wade is not a top 5 player anymore...
2. Lebron is not the best player in the world anymore...
3. Durant should be mentioned in the same breath as Jordan and Kobe....I like Durant, would rather have him than Derrick Rose...but he is not, NOT the best player in basketball.

You are Skip Bayless with broken English man. You look only at the last 5 minutes of a game and say Durant > Lebron. Nooooo...takes a bit more than that.

Wade has had a bad series. Yet on this forum, many of you blame Lebron, who IS NOT having a bad series, especially when compared to Wade.

Here is where your bias comes in...you complained about the referees last year in the playoffs when the Bulls played the Heat. But you have no problem with the referees in the 2006 Finals? Wade's free throw attempts were a record for a 6 game series. Google 2006 Finals, something about the series being fixed will pop up.

There are plenty of MVPs that are not considered great clutch players...plenty of superstars, plenty of all time greats.

Funny that you post an article about Wade being the one to blame for the Heat's failure but you can't admit that Wade is not a top5 player anymore. And of course Durant is nothing like Jordan or Kobe. He just has the killer instinct to perform in the last minutes of games and he is the 3 consecutive times scoring champion of the league. Not to mention he is not a 75% free throw shooter. lol

Funny how you usually ignore people when they prove you wrong...
Funny how you totally ignore defense...except when it concerns Westbrook...
Funny how Westbrook scored 37 points last night, and you don't have a clip of it.
Funny how you slept through countless NBA seasons and can judge NBA talent based on 1 game.
Funny how Wade is no longer top 5 based on this series...but Rose, who sucked when he last played a full playoff series is "much better than any other point guard in the game"...

So based on your thinking...Rose is NOT the best pg in the game...by far, as you previously stated. Or is he? Why aren't Rondo and Parker better???
