I don't have a problem with the Sedin twins, I thinks neat that they got to play together. I'll be upset that they won, because the Blackhawks were one goal from keeping them home, but the Sedin's have paid their dues in Vancouver.

What a dildo.

Him and Henrik are nothing but front running pussies. When their team is in front, they're the hottest thing out there. But once the slightest bit of adversity hits, they disappear completely from the score sheet. They dive at every chance in attempts to draw bogus penalties and they play with zero intensity when the score doesn't favor them. The way they have both played in this series is completely disgusting. In a way I'm glad they've made it this far... now that they are on the biggest stage in hockey in front of everyone's eyes- they are being exposed as the limp wristed queens that they really are.

Toews scoring the game tying goal in game 7 this year against Vancouver was a shocking play. However, the fact that Toews was the one who scored it came as no surprise to anyone. Flip the teams and just try to imagine one of the twins scoring a goal like that. It's impossible and that is why they suck.

I will be listening online to WBZ's streaming audio when Boston wins tomorrow night.

The reason why I'm going to be listening is I only have one TV and my computer is not in the same room.

So apparently everyone is Joe Namath anymore.

What is his next clished stunt? Maybe point at the Boston goal and do the entire "Babe Ruth calling the shot thing?" Are there any other cliche's these guys can do?

But anyways, considering Boston has scored all of 1 goal in Vancouver so far- the Bruins have some work to do - mainly it seems like being able to get their matchups on the ice -since the Canucks have shut them down completely on their home ice.

Canucks are a disgrace to the NHL.

Hate them more than the Cincinnati Reds and St. Louis Cardinals combined.

Oh, and BTW, the Manitoba Moose of the AHL have officially relocated to St. John's and affiliates with the (team still officially called the) Atlanta Thrashers. That means the Wolves and Canucks are without affiliates... and will likely end up together. :(

I honestly don't know what to expect. It seems the Bruins are a completely different team on the road than they are at home. Seeing how it's Game 7 of the Stanley Cup Finals, I'd like to think that they won't come out flat, but it's anyone's guess at this point. One thing that is for certain though is that Luongo is going to have a shit-ton of pressure on him, more than he's ever had in his career up to this point. It's paramount for the Bruins to drive hard to the net early and often. Don't allow him to get comfortable in the crease, not even for a second.

They need to bring the physicality as well. As obvious as that would seem, the last couple of games in Vancouver have found the Bruins playing a much more reactive style of hockey, allowing the Canucks to win puck battles down low and establish themselves physically on the ice. So apparently they need to be reminded: That's a no-go, the Sedin sisters need to be on their asses all night and Chara and Co. need to be dishing out the pain on a constant basis. If they start finishing their checks from the opening drop of the puck and never let up the Canucks will, I repeat, will roll over by the third-period.

Oh, and stop letting those ******* just stand in front of the net. For everytime that I see Burrows or whomever just standing there, I'm going to hurt someone. You shouldn't have to reminded of this shit, you're professional hockey players for Christ's sake.

First off, when did Daniel say gaurantee.

Secondly, what is he supposed to say? "We're gonna try but I think we'll lose?"

I cant think of any other player saying anything different on either side in that situation.

ESPN should not cover hockey

Actually it is debatable if ESPN ought to cover anything other than the Spelling Bee and Texas Hold 'em tournaments.

And it is true, the article wasn't quite up to the Joe Namath standard... and here I was all ready to suggest that the next statement ought to be: "Let's win one for the Gipper."

Now I'm deflated. :(

5. torres or alberts will throw a cheap shot to try and retaliate for the raymond injury

6. alain vigneault will whine like the ***** he is after one of his cheap shot artists gets tossed in the box

7. lulu will look like someone just kicked his puppy after boston scores first

8. soon to be conn smythe and vezina winner tim thomas will shut out the wahnucks on thier home ice to win the cup...

Darn =that's too bad... as the correct response was (as written here by another poster) --- "What am I supposed to say? I think we'll try really hard?"

All of which starts getting in to "Joe McGrath territory."
