Danks likely to start on Opening Day


Not really big news or much of a surprise, but good to see nonetheless. Sox need Danks to have a big year at the top of the roation.

It's going to be weird getting used to the White Sox without Buehrle.

Hmm. I have a hard time with this.

First, I am *HUGE* on the Danks bandwagon. I think he's a heck of a pitcher and still getting better. But he's not a number 1 (yet). But then, if not Danks, who?

Floyd? Not with his penchant for pitching 3-4 good innings and suddenly crap the bed, much like Javier "I can only pitch 5 innings" Vasquez of a few years ago.

Peavy? The man hasn't proven that he can pitch yet. No.

Sale? Well, no.

Its going to be a very interesting year, indeed.
