Not a bad staff I would say. Certainly has a lot of guys from different organizations that have had success. Unforunately I think these decisions are going to have the least impact on the results on the field.

They can probably coax an extra win or two out of the talent on the team at best, but one hopes that the team at least plays decent defense and runs the bases well so that the only reason they suck is because they can't pitch and can't hit :lol:

It would be nice if that can be the focus, but unforunately as long as Soriano and/if Zamrbano are here it will always be chemistry, not trying hard, unicorns, etc. as the reason the Cubs suck.
