Del Harris wants back into the league, but this time he wants to be back in the big chair. No more guidance counselor jobs for Harris, he wants to lead his own team once again. What better place for Harris to make his comeback than in Minnesota, where a young team is desperately in need of a veteran voice?

A source close to Harris told HOOPSWORLD today that he would like nothing better than to take on the challenge of an exciting young team like the Timberwolves, and the Timberwolves would do well to hear what Harris has to say before they commit their foreseeable future to an inexperienced coach.

Man Del Harris would be real ****** if true. This was the guy who was suppose to drawing up the scheme for defense, but never did as he basically feel asleep during games. He saw us coming from mile away as he just sat on that fing bench and did nothing. What piece of crap. I hope he sucks so bad at that job if he does land it

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
  2. Golden State Warriors
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
How much of a dick would Del look like if he took this job after retiring from Chicago? Methinks he wouldn't do much in Minny anyway since he'll probably just snooze through the games. Del, you're a man of many great (and some not so great) years, it's time to kick back and retire.

Del is a solid coach, but he did jack here & he'll do jack in Minny. McHale could do a better job, & was doing an excellent job until Al got hurt. I just don't like the fact that Del said he was retiring & now that there's a head coaching job available he's like "that's what I wanted all along". Well no wonder Vinny had no communication with him, Del was being a big ****** about his whole situation with the Bulls, while the team suffered with his brilliant "switching" defense.

^^I've read that the switching defense started from Mike Welhelm, not Harris. I think it was from a Mcgraw article.
