I completely disagree with Rose, and agree with Granger. I feel like Indiana is always a rival.

I think he says that, because so many Bulls fans go to the Pacer games in Indiana, that it doesn't feel like a rivalry. LOL

But yeah, doesn't matter what he says, they are a rival of sorts by definition. A division rival by minimum standards.
