I don't care what people say, Derrick deserves it... the must humble sports figure I have seen since maybe Walter... not making comparisons other than that.

It wasn't official. They were working on the deal. The initial reported deal was 250 million over 10 years. Now it's official.

I don't mind Roses shoes. But Nike does have some real nice Basketball shoes. The LeBrons, KD's and Kobes are all real nice. Plus, all the retros they have and are re-releasing are real nice.

Jordan Brands player shoes suck. I don't like the Melo's, Wades or CP3's.

If I get it right he will earn 185 minimum and 385 if he achieves some goals(and it is pretty difficult not to achieve them) if you keep in mind that he will always have the best adidas shoe.The hardest goal would be a championship and a second mvp award probably.

I like Nike way better than Adidas personally but Adidas has some cool stuff. This is a huge amount of money though...

I like many Nike's products more as a design.I am a nike guy in shoes generally.Adidas has some products I like too and some great classic stuff.But I have bought many times a nike product and it didn't last much time or it was defective.This has never happen with adidas.Adidas provides the best quality in everything.And it is a company policy to only sponsor guys that are "nice guys" and good role models.I don't remember someone be sponsored by adidas and be an asshole or sth.They are also sponsors in the biggest events and leagues worldwide.World cup,uefa champions league,NBA and more..
