For perspective his cap hit for team trading for him:

  • 2023 cap hit: $6.7M
  • 2024 cap hit: $17.5M
  • No dead money after '24 -
  • 2025 cap hit: $36M+
  • 2026 cap hit: $36M+

It would be essentially a two year deal, he'll 33 in 2025 so no way he gets 36 million.

Davonte's BFF, David Carr is already on his 6th different headcoach in 9 seasons in the nfl . . .

Carr's career is sort of like Jay Cutlers. A <just a guy> qb who gets his coaches canned due to the team underperforming, lol.

No, it’s because Carr went to a team that has a complete fucking moron owner. He hired fucking Mike Mayock as his GM.

Carr's only had one season where he threw for 30 touchdowns. In todays NFL, just not gonna cut it. 20 touchdowns in the nfl is like wr's catching for 1,000 yards. That should be the bare expectations with todays ruleset.
