This is not a unequivocallerly bad idea concepturally at all in my opinion because literally everyone is capable of change from within and additionally within the comstruct of what outside forces allow forthwith. People literally evolve and some otherwise conversely devolve but anyone whomst has a growth mind-state can change forth the better or worse depending on choices and decisionings they make. Naggy might be in that place within himselve where he is beyond the hubris and unemotional intelligence stage where his growth could be literally a boon towards a team that is willing to giving him a second chance. Why not????
