I actually love this from Williams, he’s a leader and happy to make it clear what he wants even from more senior players.

I was expecting the flashes of brilliance and growing pains, all of which he’s shown. But honestly his character has been the single most encouraging element (and one area I wasn’t 100% on from college).

He’s dealt with adversity, been chased and taken a lot of hard hits and already been questioned. But he’s kept his head up and shown himself as a leader.

I think what also comes across is Caleb is a very composed and intelligent guy, and that really helps if you want to be a great QB.
