I think everyone on the coaching staff needs to be canned. There wasn't one component of that game, other than maybe the special teams, that looked even close to competent. Some was the players on the field but the biggest fault goes to the ones calling the plays. One team's coaches looked at film and found weaknesses to exploit. The other didn't.

Why does it look like when there are check downs they take forever to get out. How about a quick check-down when your QB is getting hit in less than 2 seconds? Never wanted Getsy here. Still don't. I don't care what Poles does in the draft. But if Getsy & Chris Morgan aren't fired it won't matter.

The whole team plays and coaches scared against Green Bay. It's obvious. It's mental at this point. They start with the mentality of "we have something to prove". It's infected the whole organization. They give Green Bay an advantage in every game because of their inferiority complex.
Getsy's play calling was crap.(he really likes those inside toss plays!) But Fields looked indecisive and confused. Bunch of plays where he just seemed to be afraid to make a play.
Changes must be made.
