I don't know about culture, but the White Sox need a change of scenery. They will never get out of the shadow of their north side neighbors and might even have trouble selling out a playoff home game by now.

Trade the team to Nashville for the Titans and convert the Sox stadium into a football stadium to light a fire under the McCaskeys collective butts.

I didn't know the White Sox had any culture left to change.

I suppose losing is their culture, so they'd need to just start winning.
