Do you?

I've been staying at an apartment for the last year, at the time the price was good so we went with it. From the times we visited, we didn't see the abundance of black children running around the neighborhood, the saturation of white trash surrounding the complex, etc.

I suppose never go to an apartment complex on a saturday when it's all done up, nice and dandy for potential buyers. Go during the week when you see the fucking annoying kids running around, etc.

Finally found a nice place in a much nicer area of the city and Im pretty excited to move in a month. How about you guys, do you like where you're currently staying? Intentions to move, settle down?

Renting a house in the country, its a small town, and the street in front is virtually always dead. I do like that aspect, aside the unbelievable idiotic planning. In which, between me and the house next door, theres a fucking street light! To be more specific, behind us is a field. No road aside the driveway... ahh Ky.

almost exactly this...only I love every bit of it...

however, I don't have the streetlight right beside the house, which helps I suppose.

We've been in a duplex for about 12 years. Actually, just today found out a bid has been accepted for a house. Moving in about 2 months. Pretty stoked. I'm not a huge fan of where I currently live, but the house we'll be moving into is pretty sweet. I don't like the area at all though, can't wait to move to Chicago!

I have a condo in Indy. My mom recently moved in with me because she couldn't afford her house. I went from the master bedroom to the basement. It is fine, but damn I liked being away from my mom.

Oh well, I am trying to get a FedEx manager job in Chicago, if that happens I will love where I live.

I live in an apartment right now, have an offer in on a house. I like my apt and the community but the lil lady and i want some more space. If we get the house we made an offer on we will be very very happy.

Cant say I hate it. And the light isnt visible to much as its in the back. But it pisses me off as I cant see the sky as good. Texas was ideal where we lived, pitch black at night and everything was visible. But Texas can keep that damn heat...

I basically hate my area.. There's only about 2% of the local population that has any sort of brainpower whatsoever.

Out of curiosity, in apartments, how often do you hear neighbors yelling or keeping you up all night because they won't be quiet?

I live on a farm.

I have cows.

Case closed.

Doood raddd!

I live with my parents..in a residential neighborhood of single family homes on a cul-de-sac. Don't much care for my neighborhood, but it beats some of these apartment complex's I hear about

I like that I live so close to everywhere I need to go. I like that my rent is cheap and I have a place to call my own. I hate that I'm 11k miles from where I want to be, back on the beach with my friends and family. I hate that there's no good looking girls here either and it's not exactly a fun area. Hate the snow, the cold, wild deer.

I never do but maybe thats because a bunch of old people live in my building, like if my gf and i were not in the picture everyone would think this is a retirement home if they took a pic of the residents old people and one indian family. But my neighbors hear fighting or sex cause thats what goes on in my apt, i know cause we have gotten a couple of noise notices on our door and the cops called on us once.
