Actually they don't do that either. They only come out when the team is playoff bound in September.

1) We are in a big market
2) Have a longer history than most teams I believe
3) I believe the link shows the White Sox as the worst team attendance wise on the road.
3) Don't care about other teams and their marketing issues.

#3 is true. Minnesota in 29th. But the road totals are still higher overall than the home totals by about 4.5K/game.

the lowly Marlins didn't want this guy as their skipper and the fact that no other manager in the majors even wants him on their staff is a sure sign that this guy has went from lovable quirky guy to a clubhouse cancer and media diva

I love Ozzie, but he's a PR nightmare. I doubt he'll ever manage again in the majors.
