I'm most certainly convinced a lockout will prevent the season from starting on time, and there will be games lost. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if the entire season is wiped out next year. What do you guys think?

In all honesty, I'm expecting no season next year. If there is a season, they'll figure out a way to make sure Miami waltzes into the finals again.

Go Mavs.

Then Go Bulls.

Then go screw yourself, to the rest of the league...

I'd be shocked if there was a season at this point.

as long as lebron doesn't get a title this year, I could care less about next season. Bulls need a 2 guard and with the CBA shaping up the way it is, it doesn't look like the Bulls would be able to get to the Finals next year either.

The popularity in the NBA is increasing... so it would be a really bad financial move by the league and the players if they let the league go into a lockout.

That being said, I still think games are going to be missed. Not the whole season though. I think it'll be 50 games like it was in 99.

The owners just want way too much change.... like switching over to a hard cap, non-guaranteed contracts, less money/years on contracts, etc. The players wanna keep it the same. That's why this might get ugly.

I've maintained since LeBron and Bosh signed with Miami a year ago that there will be no 2011-12 season. I'm sticking to it.
