Does anyone here tailgate/meet before games?

Later on in the Bulls season, I meet with a handful of friends before games to kick back, eat some sandwiches/bbq ect, to avoid the massive concession prices. I think it's one of the best pre-game traditions out there in sports, and it made me wonder...

We should attempt a CCS meet up of fans before some games. But I don't know how many people are interested, so I'm wondering what people here think about it. Hell, even a sports bar would be fun.

That would definitely be cool. I'd be up for going to a game, knocking back some food and drink, and hanging out.

I would love to organize a CCS meetup...

If we wanted one soon, the Rockford IceHogs is a nice cheap way. Otherwise, Cubs game in the summer?

Awesome. Any ideas? We could do a like a Fire game, just to get things rolling, or some baseball games because they are easier to schedule around.

We usually go mongo(Mongolian, where you bring your own raw meat/toppings, toss them on a spot in the grill) and someone brings a nice grille to get it started.
I have a 55 gallon drum grill/cooker that we could use. I personally like it, but I wouldn't care if someone has something else. I know some people have some really awesome tailgate rigs :)

I'm up for spring or summer, and I would be up for a Hogs game. I think CCS has more people near Rockford anyways. It's 90 minutes for me, but it would be cool.

I'm pretty much limited to the city at this point. So Bulls, Hawks, or Cubs works best.

Bulls tickets are super crazy right now - roughly 20 bucks for a 300 level seat. Hawks seats are always pretty expensive, but always worth it. And as far as the Cubs go, we can just wait until July when the season is over and then get cheap seats.
