What would happen to the draft if there was no season next year?

If not 1 game is played, who gets the #1 pick? Cavs again? Would there be a draft at all?

What would happen tot he seniors if there was no draft?

I never thought about it.

yeah... I'm really interested to find out what would happen.

It would be kind of unfair for the teams that sucked this past season to get top picks again... but it also wouldn't be fair for a good team to have a chance at drafting really high.

I'm trying to look on Google to find out, but can't find anything.

How did the NHL do it when they missed a whole season?

Would the Kings move indefinitely without having a chance to salvage their organization?

hahahaha you too!

After the NHL lockout, the draft order was detemined by a lottery regrouping the 30 teams. The 10 best teams of the last season played were awarded one ball, teams 11 to 20 two ball and the ten worst teams three balls.

^ That's what I found on Google.

That's kinda dumb... That means a team like the Lakers, Heat, etc. have a shot at the #1 pick.

if it happened to the Bulls, I wouldn't complain obviously.

But it the Heat got it... oh man....

But looking at it from an NBA fan point of view... it just isn't fair for a top team to have a chance at the #1 pick.

I agree.

If.. lets say the Lakers got the first pick, fans would never stop with the whole "the NBA is rigged" stuff.

if we see with our own eyes.. then okay.

I'm sure even it if was televised and the Heat, Lakers, us, Spurs, etc got the top pick there would be no end to conspiracy theories.
