Not really. Every day has it's ups and downs. Even doing the same thing day in/day out I can deal.
What pisses me off, though, is when someone tires to ingratiate themselves to me by asking me (and laying it on thick), "How are you doing?" before a request. It may sound weird but I can tell the difference between someone with genuine concern (which i'm perfectly fine with), someone who kinda absentmindedly asks not really caring how I am but does it out of obligation (annoying, but I can tolerate it), and those who don't care at all and try to feign concern before they ask me to do something that is above and beyond what I'm paid to do, is not really critical, does not have to be done right away but they'd like it ASAFP, and most importantly they can't pull rank and order me to do it, and know if I go to my supervisor for direction they would tell me to stay the course and make the request very low priority. Further, they think that somehow if they come off nice (even though the come off more like a used car saleman), that I won't be completely irked.
Maybe some people like that. I personally don't but it takes all kinds. I would much rather they just made the request even if it does come off as cold.
