Dog Owners in the Chicago area & everywhere else

Just got a puppy a few weeks ago and want to set him right. I'm looking for a Chicago Bears leather dog collar. Has anyone in the Chicago area seen anything like this gamecock one shown below at any of the local stores up there???

I've exhausted the google image search. My wife -being a GameCock fan :smh: , found this one

but, of course, he's not going to wear that. IF they had one like this with Bears stuff on it, then I'd get it in a heartbeat.

The easiest means for this is a plain leather collar, and one of the hundred or so belt buckles available online.

Then affix it yourself(which is fairly easy), or have a leather shop do it.

I don't know if this sounds like too much trouble, but you could just find a stainless steel or sterling bears design, and punch it to the leather collar of your choice.

Same thing for living in the city. We've had a string of break-ins in my neighborhood and I don't even worry if I leave my house with the back porch open. My fence is high enough that my dog can't jump over it anymore (she's a little old for that, used to be able to clear 6 feet) and she is a brindle bull/rotty mutt that looks like a really tall pitbull, and has the bark of a mastiff. It's too bad she'd be completely useless in attacking anyone unless I or my family were in physical danger. Fantastic intruder alarm and deterrent though.

I've looked for 20 minutes -- I think you should take Crys' advice on this - find a leather collar like this one:

and either get an emblem to punch into the leather, or just get a logo clip to clip on to the hook.

The one your wife found -- a company makes those for essentially every college...but they apparently don't have a licensing contract w/ the NFL to do so. Hell, I saw one of those collars for Troy University earlier. :lol:
