I was happy with Ben Gordon at SG and Thabo Safalosha backing him up with his Defense, that was a good Rotation at SG but fans got caught up in wanting A "SUPERSTAR" years later we never did get that Superstar and now we are trying to find a good SG when at one point we had 2 Pretty Good Ones On The Roster!
SOME fans was worried so much about Gordon's Height and His Defense BLAH BLAH BLAH, but Gordon was the perfect player to have next to Rose, The Bulls should have traded Hinrich Sooner then Re-Signed Gordon...but instead I think even Paxson got caught up listening to CLUELESS FANS who starting Booing and Bashing Gordon for every little thing, never mind the great Playoff Games he gave us and him playing a Major Role in defeating the Defending Champs in the first round against Miami
I could give a damn about "TRADITIONAL SG"...just get a guy who can score and is not afraid to try and make things happen himself instead of just standing around waiting to see what Rose will do next...I don't expect a "BIG NAME" though, I actually wanted to see CJ Watson and Derrick Rose on the Floor Together a lot more, I think Watson can be that Ben Gordon type and he can also allow Rose to play off the ball at times, then you keep Bogans and bring him off the Bench for Defense
I also wouldn't mind Bring Shannon Brown Back! I think he is a much better player now then he was back then and he would be more affordable then a lot of the other guys who are Restricted and you would have to Overpay a little so that their Current Team Won't Match...Bulls cans also go REALLY CHEAP and give a chance to someone like Terrico White, with the Pistons being crowded at Guard, he won't get a chance with them, I like his athleticism, kinda similar to Shannon Brown
