Dress: White/gold or blue/black?

Ok, I'll be the douchebag who brings this to CCS. My daughter showed this to me yesterday and apparently it's raging all over the internet now. Everyone is arguing about the color of the dress below. When I first saw it, it was clearly black/blue. And that's how 2 of my daughters saw it. However, my wife and other daughter saw it as white/gold. Then, when I saw it again an hour later, I saw it as white/gold. And then it turned back to black/blue. People are freaking the **** out over this. What do you guys see?

The first time I saw it last night it looked white/gold, but now I can't see it as anything other than blue/black. The real color is blue/black (in case anyone didn't know), but the weird lighting screws with your eyes.
