Hockey players take hits too, going much faster and landing on ice or up against the boards. They aren't anywhere near as dumb as the avg football player

Trestman had a pretty good offense going, which is what his strength was. His problem was he didn’t have enough nfl contacts to assemble a decent staff. Tucker was insanely bad. It doesn’t help when your OC is crying in meetings as well.

He is a “brain” coach meaning he needs strong personalities on the staff to back him up, just didn’t have them.

Still a better coach than Fox.

John Fox is an idiot, and an arrogant a55hole. But there's no way he's a worse coach that Marc "Canada Dry" Trestman. Trestman had no business being in a head coach on the NFL at all; while The game has clearly passed Fox by, he was an average coach at one time . . .
