Anybody have ESPN+ that can shed some light on where Fields was redrafted in this article. This determines whether he will be a franchise qb or bust so we really need to know. Thanks.

Re-draft of the 2021 NFL draft: New picks for the first two rounds, different teams for Micah Parsons, Kyle Pitts, Justin Fields

Assuming he jumped ahead of Wilson but fell behind Jones.

14th considering the position and the point of the exercise means they think he wasn’t good, but aren’t ready to give up on him. Interested to see how far they dropped Wilson.

Not giving the article much credit, they still have Zack Wilson and Trey Lance at 2 and 3 and Mac Jones staying at 15......

Justin dropped to 14 to the Vikings, maybe the most reasonable view considering the results, but it does not take the shit coaching into account...

More ESPN crap reporting, don't waste your time

Well, it does give some insight into what the talking heads at ESPN think of Cousins.

At this point two 1sts is looking more and more like a reckless gamble.

Not by most of these. I saw one where Fields went after our pick but 3 others where he went earlier and as high as 2.

What I find interesting is that these redo's aren't much better than the original mocks and even less consistent when compared to each other, LOL.

So who did the Bears pick at 20?

20. Chicago Bears

Original pick: Kadarius Toney (NYG pick from CHI trade)
New pick: Creed Humphrey, C

Humphrey was one of the NFL's best centers as a rookie. If you can get an All-Pro-caliber player at No. 20, especially with Justin Fields off the board, you do it and adjust the rest of your lineup accordingly. Incumbent center Sam Mustipher could slide to guard. -- Kevin Seifert

You had me until," Sam Mustipher could slide to guard."

Yeah, sure, Mustipher is such an undeniable talent on the line that he would move to guard instead of getting cut.

These ESPN guys are just looking at a stat sheet and not watching a damn game besides the team they root for.

The best time to judge a draft is right when it happens, the second best time is a year after it happens...

I can't justify spending any time on these stupid redrafts...

Not to me. Fields seems to be light years ahead of where Trubisky was after year one. Pace might have given the Bears an amazing draft on his way out the door.

That was easily the lamest “redraft” in the history of the vague concept to reach publication.

This person ate glue chips during crafts and huffed paint in their grand parents garage WHENEVER they had a spare childhood moment.

It wasn't two firsts. They swapped firsts with the Giants in exchange for giving up a first. That was much cheaper than the Niners who had to swap first and then give up two for firsts for Lance. Nothing reckless about it. You pay that price for a chance at a franchise QB all day every day.

I’m just surprised Nagy was completely ineffective schematically to the point that opposing defenses and media both mocked our childish predictability and we all know plenty about this o-line assembly and then somehow we gonna judge Fields?

Damn they better field a competent offense.

I stopped being entertained when 1, 2, and 3 were all the same.

Really? Lance over Mac Jones? Seriously?

What the fuck is the point of a re-draft if you aren’t going to be serious at every point? I can’t take this lack of vision serious.

Jones would go #2, Fields or no trade up for San Fran.

These things are always a bad idea but this effort here was undertaken under an aircraft carrier sized dosage of various legal and illegal drugs.
