Former Bears wide receiver Marty Booker has sold his loft condominium unit in the West Loop for $465,000, and he recently reduced the asking price of his 13-room house in Grayslake to $430,000 from $479,000.

Booker took a loss on his loft unit in the Randolph Place building, which he purchased in early 2004 for $526,500. In Grayslake, Booker also is primed to take a loss on the four-bedroom, 4,100-square-foot house, which he bought less than two years ago for $523,700.

Former Bears wide receiver Ahmad Merritt, who played for the team from 2000 until 2004, is Booker's listing agent for his Grayslake home and also was his listing agent for his condo downtown.
In other ex-Bears news, just a day after his June 10 retirement from pro football, Muhsin Muhammad reduced the asking price of his 7,500-square-foot mansion in Libertyville to $999,999.

On April 11, Elite Street exclusively reported on Muhammad's $1.128 million listing of the six-bedroom house, which he bought in 2005 for $1.425 million.

It's a random generated information feed. It may post 1 dumb story, but it'll then post 5 good ones.
