I caught this midway through the conversation that he had with Waddle/Silvy on ESPN 1000 the other day. He said the QB s/b be in the top 10 on your board and then questioned whats the lowest you would go and he said maybe 16. There were some other factors such as tiering to be considered. I didn't listen to this but if anyone is interested, here it is. Please post any other interesting info that you hear.

That seems fair based on positional value.

I post this info so that people realize that if any of the top qb's end up having a late 1st or lower grade, no GM in the world will take them top 5 regardless of need.

I haven't read a post yet where someone is saying we should reach for a QB.
