When lots of coaches leave your staff or retire, there's a problem.

Not to Georgie and Sweaty...they collaborate so well with Matt and Ryan, everything is in place!

Well, there is the Bears problem, they had the wrong guy coaching Trubisky all along.

lol at everyone leaving a sinking ship

I mean, yes, but this is a promotion for him.

QB coach is about as close to OC as you get. You do a good job with whatever young guy the falcons end up with(Maybe even in this draft) and you instantly become an OC if not head coach.

As a Bears fan in ATL, I know the Falcons fans are scratching their heads a bit at these pickups. Usually you see teams pick up position coaches from the side of the ball that is a strength of the team. Odd to see a run on Bears position coaches on the offensive side although they may see the writing on the wall after the upcoming season. I can only imagine the retreads the Bears are going to get stuck with given their "one year window" situation on Pace and Nagy.

Do any of you blame these coaches for leaving? We have one of the worst front offices, a bad Gm and even worse HC. These position coaches know they will be fired after the 2021 season when Pace and Nagy get let go. Good for them for finding a more secure coaching job.

Nope it shows how much faith they have in Nagy.

He got promoted from RB coach to OC and everyone in here is acting like he spurned the Bears and left for a lateral move. Even if he liked Nagy and Pace he would have left for an OC position. Sheesh.

Bears score 9 pts in a playoff game.

Falcons: "Impressive, let's poach their offensive coaches"

Do these ******* want Nagy too?

We'll pay his plane ticket.

LOL @ the pity party up in here.

I guess I’m the only one who understands what a promotion and raise means?

Are all of you guys so loyal to McDonalds or wherever da fuq place you work at, that you wouldn’t leave for a promotion and raise?

Sheesh

He left to be the Falcons QB coach, not OC. Which is odd considering he hasn’t coach anything but RB’s the last 9 years. Ragone left to be the OC.
