I love how this means they think the O's and Mariners are better organizations now and in the future than the Cubs. I can see the O's but the Mariners aren't that great.

Because they Mariners are by far number one in baseball operations. Probably get double points.
They had the Mariners what like 3rd last year? Or was it 5th?
