Are the shirts fans wear at the arena during the playoffs free? If so, does a season ticket holder get a new shirt every game?

My favorite teams
Usually it's red rally towels(which you can keep) and other promos. But no red-shirts on the chairs.

They gave away free blue shirts at OKC and Dallas last year and idk if they still do it but white shirts for Heat fans.
