Favorite Boss Battles. (Spoiler) (Slow CPU Warning)

What were some of your guys favorite boss battles? Post vids if you got em.

One of my all time favorite games. I remember I was around 7 or 8 when I got this game, and the dark palace + Helmasaur was a little creepy, but it was my favorite boss in the game just because of how cool it looked.

Next up, Ocarina of time vs Ganondorf. It's amazing when I go back and play what looked cool at the time and how it seemed much more difficult LOL.

Dante's Inferno vs. Lucifer. This fight was one of the toughest I've ever had when I had the difficulty maxed. Holy shit. This game is awesome BTW.

Arkham Origins vs. Firefly. This wasn't difficult as much as it was just fun for me.

My favorite. It was the best boss fight in the game (too bad it came in the beginning). I've replayed the beginning stages many times just to play this boss fight, and the ending to it was fucking cool. Had a rough time finding a vid where the player didnt fucking suck.

#5 Paper Mario- Probably the first game I ever got so invested in. After spending so much time in this game, getting to Bowser and finally defeating him was one of the best feelings ever.

#3 Demon's Souls- Old King Allant- This game was the hardest game I've ever played. Getting through this game was a great sense of accomplishment. There were a ton of great boss fights, but I'll just post the last one.

#2- The Last of Us- David vs. Ellie. Spoilers if you've never played The Last of Us. It's my favorite game ever.

#1- Metal Gear Solid 3- Snake vs. The Boss. If you played this game, you know just how much this fight meant for your character.

I thought about putting Mario for Mario World in there. I had a ton of fun with that game, but beating Bowser was waaaaaay too simple. And I forgot about Metal Gear Rex. That was such a long time ago. I do remember how cool it was to fight that telekinesis guy that read your memory card LOL.

And plugging in a second controller and using that controller to bypass his telekinesis and beat him! Didn't figure out that trick until like 3 years after I already beat the game. Would have been useful the first run through.

I could add a few bosses from GoW or Shadow of the Colossus, But those are just bosses based on the bigger is better mentality. Great games nonetheless, just nothing to make it in my top 50 personal favorites for boss fights. Same with NES titles, where the issue isn't size, but just a few pattern phases and loads of HP. Many great bosses nonetheless, just nothing that is so good, I would put it in a top X list, unless it were pure nostalgia. Especially shumps and other button mashers.

I was going to add that RE 2 fight. That entire game was awesome. It was probably my favorite PS game along with Metal Gear Solid. Speaking of GoW and Colossus, fighting the Colossus in GoW2 was a ton of fun as well.
