Hey fellas I had an idea, this time of year is a little dead for sports topics until the nfl playoffs start. So i thought about creating a thread to talk about your favorite chicago(land) band. I wanna know who everyone likes that has come from chicago. And if you feel like it put them as your avatar for a week or so. And tell everyone your favorite song by them people who havent heard of them can check the band out.

Thanks for throwing me a bone.. I love rise against, disturbed, Common, twista, and SP. I used to be into Kanye but i have not listened to him since his mtv bitchfest. I have never heard of the audition but will def check them out.

Haha the audition was shit i used to listen to backk in the day.. they're a small band just tryna make it big.. If you've been following Kanye recently he's really tryna make up for how much of a ****** he's been. You can really tell from his lyrics (especially in his new album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy) he's well aware of his arrogance, ego, and stupidity. He's one of the sickest rappers i've heard, I just hope he goes back to those days.
