Just looking around for different ways to make a sirloin tip roast...thought I'd see if any of you bastards know how to cook, and what you like.
I enjoyed Hispanic food from starch. It is biggest culture for me because I'm 50% Hispanic. Hispanic means comes from Spain cooking. Most people know common traditional Mexican foods such as tacos, taco salads, burritos, and fajitas. My favorite cooking would be making sweet rice, chicken & mole, fideo cambray, and pinto beans.
Sweet rice can viewed as Chinese dish, but we use our Hispanic way to prepare it. The recipe: white rice, eggs, cinnamon stick, and pure vanilla. Chicken& mole-cook the whole breast chicken, and mole recipe-flour, butter, and buy i.e. mole verde. Fideo Cambray-it is el Mexico Marconi product. The recipe is Fideo Cambray, tomatoes sauce, onions, canola oil, and chicken stock. Pinto Beans-it is home-made recipe that I use. The recipe is pinto beans, bacon, and garlic.
I got this awesome recipe off of a Bisquick box. It is a cheeseburger pie. Oh man it is awesome.

Pretty good stuff, just got done making some for the family. The only thing I'd recommend is to season the meat while cooking it. I used Lawry's Seasoning Salt and some garlic powder. Next time I think I'll use taco seasoning on the ground beef or just replace it altogether with some sausage and make like a breakfast casserole, per the suggestions on the comments section of the recipe.
My gf is a chef.. so Ill ask her and see if shes got anything good..
get back to ya later this week.
