I was watching Mad Max and I love the scene where the dude gets whacked in the head with a motorcycle.
I always wondered if that dude got fucked up from the hit.

Just a man that spent his youth getting thrown on his head rather than getting an education, doing the math with pencil & paper...then marks the spot himself.

I remember reading that most of the crew walked out on the shot because they refused to film Keaton kill himself.

Yeah- very easily could have been a snuff film if any of the boards caught and one side fell first.

Interesting stunt factoid-
If you have seen fury road, you know furiosa has her lower arm missing.

Apparently, furiosas stunt double lost her arm soon after filming fury road in an on set accident for another film.

Big fan of the period, and an even bigger fan of Vaudeville. Last I talked to him he was researching Fatty Arbuckle. Not sure if he ever followed through on that.
