Tony Amonte and Mike Modano were by far my favorite players growing up. I have worn either number #9 or #10 on every Hockey team I have played for because of those guys.

Dominik Hasek (even though I was a fan of his with the Sabers, he wore the Indian Head early in his career)

Jonathan Toews and Duncan Keith are my favorite players on the current Hawks roster.

Pavel Bure, Jaromir Jagr, Joe Sakic, Scott Stevens, Patrick Roy, and Eric Lindros were players I liked to watch from others teams growing up.

Chelios was my favorite growing up. Back a decade ago when I used to watch the Leafs a lot I developed an appreciation for Darcy Tucker.

Current roster favorites would be Toews, Seabrook (guy gets overshadowed by Keith, but is a key guy on the team imo), and Sharp.

Yeh and ... the first NFL game I went to see in like 1990 - Viking at Chiefs --- I had the urge to do the "Dino Sucks" thing ... unfortunately the Chiefs had a player then -Dino Hackett - (how many frigging Dino's could their be in pro sports in any given period?) -well I got some funny looks- but then again it was KC...
