Pure speculation. I have no source other than a smattering of questionable blown saves. I always heard Rose bet for his team which isn't considered as bad. If bookies we're going to try to gain an edge in baseball, the closers would be the targets. Rodney has some very questionable performances as well as a track record this year of occasionally tipping his pitches. I don't know how you investigate this, I just wanted to warn you before you pull your hair out in frustration if Madden brings him into a winning game. Now, maybe he was just high as hell at the Rockies last month. Look up the video called Rodney strolls through the forest for one of the most suspicious performances I have ever seen. I'm saying we don't know what was going on, but he kept the mariners out of contention this year and he either meant to lose that game or ate an edible pot brownie in Colorado and couldn't get anyone out. I was sad to see the Cubs trade for him, and also hopeful he won't pull that shit in a playoff stretch or playoffs.
