Same. Though I'm only on year 3 of not watching.I won't watch them again until both of GarPax are gone.
I haven’t watch a game since June 14, 1998.Same. Though I'm only on year 3 of not watching.
How does Paxton actually not quit?
I hope you are joking....he has been an executive since 2003......He tried to quit one time but Jerry promoted him so he'd stay. Not even joking.
He isn’t joking at all. My comment in this thread wasn’t a joke I was being serious. This is how a reinsdorf team is run. Loyalty>product and that loyalty isn’t to the fans at all. If this wasn’t Chicago and let’s say Memphis he would have gone broke. But even with the year after year of suckage he has a full house $$$$$I hope you are joking....he has been an executive since 2003......

I do think Paxson was ready to call it quits because of having to deal with the day to day operation and media was making him stressed (high blood pressure, heart issues), but Reinsdorf, valuing his loyalty, "promoted" him instead and made Gar the face of the GM. Paxson in every way in my opinion still had final say over anything done. Gar handled the public side while Pax got to stay behind the scenes. As Gar failed more and more, Paxson reappeared in the limelight. That's why it's appropriate to say Paxson has been the executive since 2003.Bulls' GM Paxson says he doesn't plan to resign
After a week of rumors that he'd be out after the trade deadline, John Paxson said he's not going anywhere.www.espn.com
Forman is Bulls GM; Paxson gets new role
Chicago Bulls will promote Gar Forman to general manager at a news conference on Thursday. John Paxson will remain with the organization as executive vice president of basketball operations.www.espn.com
Paxson isn’t going anywhere until he wants to go.
Really? Have you just started following the Bulls? Why? I wish the Bulls would explain that. What has this guy done to deserve this loyalty?
