Terravainen over Saad isn't a shock at all.

Depends on how you define "star", but I'd do the same, except for maybe Terravainen as it depends on how big of a "star" we're talking about here.

What an epic fail those deals with the Thrashers have been.

I'm a big fan or Danault and I think he has a brighter NHL future than McNeill, who I'm not as high on as most.

Danault sure seems like a complete package.

Teuvo must be really good if he's leap-frogged some of these guys already . IF he's another Datsyuk in the making then friggin Hell Yeah . Future could be bright if 4-5 of these guys really pan out .

This one is interesting because Saad still considered a propect apparently while Teuvo has just entered the system and been slotted to #1 with no further fan fare.

The loss of Hayes is still the one that bites. Signing the new kid away from Columbus, a defender...well that would be a fare trade and compensation for loss of Hayes at a preferred position for us. His name Reilly? That sucks for Jackets though. The Hawks didn't miss a beat, and have 3 more potential all star options locked and loaded. The Jackets losing a first round defender who is ripe and ready to the Hawks organization would really burn. Obviously, if Hayes helped Rangers beat us in a final that would burn, but there is just something wrong with this rule of playing out your contract in college and then not going to the team waiting for you. Its a shit rule, it sucks and needs to be changed or you will see more and more imbalance in the leaugue.

I hate the rule. I'm fine with poaching Reilly because Johns/Reilly ready now would be amazing to have, with Pokka 2-3 years out. Reilly could definetly influence desire of Bowman to get Oduya. Reilly is the player we want Runblaad to be. I really don't mind Runblaad and TVR in the conversation for 5/6. Just keep Seabs.

Pirri, Morin, Smith meh....personally I wish
