Kaner gets us the lead, Cammaleri deflects it (reviewed for possible high stick) in 40 seconds later, 1-1 tie in the 2nd. (And this apparently was sitting here for a good half hour without posting while I was in another tab)

Stupid game....this isnt the blackhawks I remember

I think if there is one thing that they've learned from the two Cup runs.....it's that if you leave everything on the table in every regular season game....you won't have much in the tank when you hit the playoffs.

Chicago Bulls, please take note.

The 2nd game in a back-to-back is usually not the prettiest one. Got 3 out of a possible 4 points over the weekend. I ain't mad.

You are probably right. Teams like the Blackhawks and Heat know they will be in playoffs and that is when it really matters. To be fair though they were on a 28 game point streak last year.

But, they're not playing their best but still getting points. Guess I can't be to upset since the playoffs for a team like the blackhawks is all that matters.

I was just upset we lost, hehe

Keep in mind that the season last year didn't start til January (late January at that). This is early in a 82 game season, and as long as they are getting points I am not too worried now. Keep getting points and get back to me in March-April when they can start making that push for the post season seeding and form.

It does seem like it was only yesterday sweating through the Red Wings series.
